Hard disk not detected, refer to the following method for troubleshooting
S6:
1. Check whether the interface of the hard disk data line and power line is loose;
2. After confirming that the connection is stable, please press the NAS power button to start the machine, and check whether the hard disk lamp in the front panel of the device is normally on. If the red light is on corresponding to the hard disk lamp, it means that the system has recognized the hard disk, opened the APP, and followed the APP operation to boot the initialization hard disk.
3. If the interface is firmly connected, but the system still cannot recognize the hard disk, please try to replace the hard disk data line and power supply line;
4. There are still some exceptions, please submit feedback (App access Settings - help and feedback) to us, or join our QQ communication group: 319371158, we will solve it for you in the first time.
S3:
1. Please unplug the front panel after shutdown and replug the hard disk to ensure a solid connection between the hard disk and the SATA connector of S3;
2. After confirming that the connection is stable, please cover the front panel, press the NAS power button to start the machine, and check the status of the front panel lamp of the device. If the system is flashing red light rapidly, it means that the system has recognized the hard disk, opened the APP, and followed the APP operation to boot the initialization hard disk.
3. If the interface is firmly connected, but the system still cannot recognize the hard disk, please try to replace the hard disk;
